Box 6052, Freehold, NJ  07728.  Criteria include:  women 25 or older;  residents of Colts Neck, Freehold Borough, Freehold Township, Howell, Manalapan, Marlboro, or Morganville;  enrollment in an ACCREDITED bachelor's program (minimum 60 completed credits) or master's program (minimum 6 completedcredits);  and a GPA off 'B."
