School Events

The West Freehold School Choir Concert takes place at the school Thursday from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. A student art show will be held at C. Richard Applegate School from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Freehold Elks Kruise Nite

While summer Kruise Nites may not be in the cards, you can still get your fill of classic cars in town. Freehold Elks Lodge #1454 will host a Kruise Nite event Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Head down to the lodge parking lot for burgers, hot dogs, and a fun time with family and friends.

Meetings

The Monmouth County Board of Chosen Freeholders will hold a workshop meeting Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Hall of Records and a regular meeting 7 p.m. at Eatontown Borough Hall.

The Freehold Borough Shade Tree Commission meets at Borough Hall at 6:30 p.m.

Friends of the Library meets at the Freehold Public Library at 7 p.m.

High School Sports

Patriots boys golf hosts Marlboro at Charleston Springs Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Baseball and softball take on Toms River North away at 4 p.m.
