Donate to Music Programs
The Freehold Borough Arts Council (FBAC) is helping the Freehold Borough Educational Foundation (FBEF) raise $3,000 to purchase musical instruments for borough schools. The Peter Jay Sharp Foundation has offered FBEF a four to one challenge grant. For every dollar raised up to $3,000, the Peter Jay Sharp Foundation will match it four times. National Night Out
The Freehold Borough Police Department will sponsor a local National Night Out event on Tuesday, Aug. 2 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the Monmouth County Hall of Records parking lot on Main Street in Downtown Freehold.
National Night Out is a nationwide one-night rally where citizens and law enforcement join forces to strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships.
Freehold Township Senior Center
The Freehold Township Senior Center will host free knitting and crocheting at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Free line dancing will be held at 10:30 a.m.
Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. for $6.
Bingo
The Freehold Jewish Center will host bingo on Tuesday from 7:45 p.m. to 10 p.m.
