High School Sports

The Freehold Colonial wrestling team will travel to Long Branch today to take on Long Branch High School. The team will begin their match tonight at 6:15 p.m.

Meetings

The Freehold Township Shade Tree Commission will meet tonight in the Freehold Township offices at 7:30 p.m.

Support Groups

CentraState Medical Center is holding their monthly support group for patients and their family members with Leukemia and Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma and Myelodysplastic Syndromes. The group will meet at 7 p.m. tonight and will provide education, psychosocial support and resources.

First Presbyterian Church will be holding a women’s only AA meeting tonight at 7 p.m.

Toastmasters International will have their bi-monthly meeting tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce, located at 57 Schanck Rd, Suite C-3 in Freehold. CentraState Healthcare System will be holding “Take Control of Your Health: A Chronic Disease Self-Management Course,” to help people manage chronic conditions, feel better, gain control, and do the things they want to do.
