High School Sports
The Freehold Patriot basketball teams and track team are competing this afternoon. The boys and girls basketball teams will play against Middletown High School South. The boys will stay home while the girls travel to Middletown South. Both teams will take the court at 4 p.m. The girls track team will compete in the Girls Frosh Novice Tournament today at 4 p.m. in the Bennett Indoor Complex located in Toms River.
CentraState Medical Center will host a Fibromyalgia Support Group today at 11 a.m. Facilitated by Tania Munk, a patient advocate in the state of New Jersey participants will learn how to move through their challenges with encouragement, free expression and group guidance to achieve the best quality of life with few restrictions and limitations.
First Presbyterian Church will hold an AA meeting tonight at 8:15 p.m.
Barns and Noble will be holding a story time and craft today at 11 a.m. Today’s featured story will be "Substitute Groundhog" by Pat Miller.
CentraState Medical Center is holding a Sibling Preparation Class today at 5 p.m. This class is designed to help children transition into their new role of big sister and/or big brother. Children's hospital tour is included. Please bring a doll or stuffed animal for diapering practice. The class costs $20 for one child and family.
