Four Indicted on Drug Charges in Howell
Monmouth County grand jury hands down indictements
Four Ocean County residents were indicted on charges by a Monmouth County grand jury for an incident in Howell earlier this year.
According to the indictment, 21-year-olds Tyler Covert and Heather Hiis of Beachwood along with 24-year-old Kevin Scott of Bayville and 23-year-old Brittany Rodriquez of Seaside Heights face one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
On or about March 29 the four were found to be in possession of Oxycodone.
In other news from the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office:
- Edward Bracey, 50, of Freehold was indicted on one count of third degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance. The indictment claims that on or about May 4 Bracey was found to be in possession of cocaine in Howell.
- Carl Lepis, 47, of Farmingdale, was indicted on one count of fourth degree operating a motor vehicle during a period of license suspension. On or about April 3 he was caught driving in Freehold with a license that was either suspended or revoked.
