A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Freehold man on three drug charges and three weapon charges following a May incident.
Aaron M. Gardner, 22, of Manchester Court, was allegedly found in possession of cocaine and marijuana while in Freehold on May 18.
According to the indictment, Gardner was charged with a cocaine possession and two charges of possession with intent to distribute.

On the same night, the indictment states that Gardner was in possession of a handgun. Gardner’s alleged handgun possession led to a Monmouth County grand jury charging him with possession of a prohibited weapon and possession of a firearm in the course of committing a drug offense.
