Inmate Accused of Fleeing Pennsylvania
An inmate in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution faces a fugitive charge after it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant in Pennsylvania.
Sandy Thomson, 44, of John Street in South Amboy, faces a fugitive charge after it was discovered that he fled from Pennsylvania to avoid apprehension.
According to his complaint warrant, Thomson, a current inmate at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, had a warrant is issued by a Pennsylvania agency on June 4. The complaint warrant continued to explain that the outstanding warrant was confirmed by a phone call and fax from the requesting agency.
Thomson’s bail has been set at $100,000.
