Man Allegedly Runs from FBPD During Narcotics Investigation
Police allegedly found 31 bricks of heroin in his possession.
Freehold Borough Police arrested a Neptune man after he tried to dodge them during a narcotics investigation.
Dennis Miller, 36, of Neptune, was arrested on May 30 for allegedly running into a house when the police ordered him to stop. The police were performing a narcotics investigation when they allegedly found 31 “bricks” of suspected heroin.
Detective Chris Otlowski led the investigation.
Miller is charged with a disorderly persons offense, possession of 31 bricks of heroin, and two counts of having over ½ ounce or more of heroin with intent to distribute.
Miller’s bail is set at $301,000 to be posted in full. He is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
He is scheduled to appear in court on June 12 at 1:00 p.m.

GO FBPD! I hope this is not the same guy I went to school with. If you're from the Boro and want to be a drug dealer or a gun carrying thug or heroin addict - could you take your bs to another town as opposed to the one you were raised in and where your children reside. AMAZING and the same people wonder why it doesn't get better for them & their neighborhood.
