Shyanne "Ya-Ya" Nicole Heffernan, 16, of Freehold Township, died on Monday, Nov. 26. She was born in Jacksonville, Fla., but was a lifelong resident of Freehold and a student at Freehold Township High School.

Heffernan was predeceased by her grandmother, Rae Kluesener. She is survived by her father, Sean Kluesener; her mother and stepfather, Michele and Barney Bresnahan; grandparents, Robert Kluesener, William and Elizabeth Bresnahan, and Linda and Renee Yap; and eight siblings, Brady, Riley, Shea, Amanda, Sean, Randy, Kayla and Shawn.

Family and friends may visit from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30 at Freeman Manalapan-Marlboro Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at www.shyanneheffernan.com.
