With so many local businesses still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Sandy, Patch is compiling a list of businesses that are open and serving the community.
Information about open businesses provided by our readers and town governments include: Shop-Rite, Stop and Shop, Walmart, Walgreens, Sam's Club, Frankie Feds, iPlay, Krispy Pizza, Mellon Farms, Freehold Raceway Mall and Poet's Pharmacy.

Ma. Bagel (in the shoprite plaza) got power back last night and called in their team to roll bagels until 3am. Tomorrow we will have bacon, eggs, pork roll, turkey bacon, pancakes, bagels, muffins & hot coffee. Stop in if you're hungry...
