Roselle Park Man Indicted After Allegedly Stealing Excavation Device

Device is valued at $75,000.

 

A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Roselle Park man on one criminal charge following a November incident.

Gregory Bartucci a.k.a. Mark Jefferies, 49, of Chestnut Street, allegedly took an excavator from a Freehold Township location. According to Jefferies’ indictment, he unlawfully took the excavator, which is valued at $75,000.

Jefferies allegedly took the device on Nov. 21. He was indicted on one charge of theft of movable property.
