Before R U Music made its home in the Freehold Raceway Mall, it occupied a space on West Main Street in Freehold Borough.
The former location of the music store now sits empty in Downtown Freehold and is for sale by Coldwell Banker Commercial. The storefront has one neighbor; to its right is an Investor’s Bank.

What this town could use is a French restaurant either in full fledge or bistro style. We have an overabundance of Italian, Japanese, Chinese restaurants in this area, but ever since Fromagierie in Rumson went from French to American food, no one has come in to fill its place and I feel it would be a great boost to Freehold.
