Leigh Agency Holds Food Drive to Benefit FoodBank

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with a high near 45 with north winds between 5 and 8 mph. There will be a chance of rain overnight, with a low around 34, according to the National Weather Service.

Give & Get Food Drive to Benefit FoodBank

The Leigh Agency is holding a food drive to benefit the Foodbank and continuing to help our neighbors in need this Holiday season. By bringing in a non-perishable food donation to our office at 10 Main St. between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. you will receive a tote bag with a sweet surprise for your efforts.  More information can be found online at http://­wwwlei­ghagency.­com or by calling (732) 780-8338

High School Sports

The Freehold Township boys and girls Varsity Swimming team will compete against Manalpan at 2:30 p.m. at the Freehold YMCA

The Varsity Colonial girl’s Basketball team is away and will face off against Monmouth Regional at 5:30 p.m., while the Colonial boy’s wrestling team challenges Christian Brother Academy at home at 6:00 p.m.

Meetings

Freehold Borough Recreation Commission meeting will be held 7:30 p.m. in the Freehold Borough offices located at 51 W Main Street.

Support Group

CentraState presents the Parkinson’s Support Group at the Manalapan Senior Center from 11:30 a.m. till 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 20.
