A Monmouth County grand jury voted to indict a Freehold resident and two Lakewood residents after they allegedly possessed heroin in Freehold Township.
Jason H. Dean, 20 of Freehold, Giovanni M. Garcia, 21, and Desiree L. Thompson, 19 of Lakewood each face two charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.
According to the indictment, on March 5 the three were allegedly found in possession of heroin with the intent to distribute.
