Toys for Tots Collection at Freehold Borough Schools

Weather
Rain is possible Monday morning, according to the National Weather Service forecast. The high for the day will be near 50 degrees and the overnight low will be around 43.
Toys for Tots
The Freehold Learning Center Student Council is collecting new, unwrapped toys to donate to Toys for Tots now through Dec. 16. Toys should be brought to Mrs. Fetterly's and Mrs. Snedden's classrooms.
The Freehold Intermediate School (FIS) National Junior Honor Society is also holding a toy drive for Toys for Tots. Toys can be donated now through Dec. 15 at 8 a.m. outside the FIS Main Office.
Turkey Trot
Joseph J. Catena Elementary School will hold its second annual Turkey Trot on Monday from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will promote lifetime fitness while raising money for Catena’s sister school in Uganda.
Students in Kindergarten through fifth grade will participate. A suggested donation of a $1 is recommended for each participant.
Meetings
The Monmouth County Planning Board meets Monday at 2 p.m. at the Hall of Records building.
The Monmouth County Mental Health Board will meet at the Human Services Building, 3000 Kozloski Road, at 5:30 p.m.
The Freehold Borough Council will meet at 7 p.m. at Borough Hall.
Support Group
The Multiple Sclerosis Support Group will meet at CentraState Medical Center’s Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center on Monday at 1 p.m.
