Two Arrested at Freehold Raceway Mall for Shoplifting
They allegedly had over $1,000 worth of stolen merchandise in their possession.
Freehold Township Police arrested a couple of shoplifters trying to get away with over $1,000 worth of merchandise.
Tai France, 29, and Tyrone McLeod, 31, both of Brooklyn, were arrested at the Freehold Raceway Mall on June 25.
They allegedly tried to hide $428.50 worth of clothing and walk out of the Lord and Taylor in the Freehold Raceway Mall when they were caught. They also allegedly had $72.85 worth of stolen clothing from H&M, $244.75 from American Eagle and $450 from Abercrombie & Fitch.
France and McLeod are charged with shoplifting and receiving stolen property. Both had a prior criminal history at the time of their arrest.
