Watch Presidential Debate with Patch Oct. 3 at Brookdale

Be part of a discussion surrounding the first debate between President Barack Obama and GOP challenger Mitt Romney. This is a free event but space is limited.

 

Join Patch and the Brookdale Community College History and Political Science Club on Wednesday, Oct. 3 for a presidential debate viewing party at the Student Life Center Navesink Rooms at BCC in Lincroft. You will have the chance to share your views on how the candidates' remarks addressed the issues you care about.

A limited number of spaces will be made available to the general public for this free event. RSVP by using the form on this page or email jacklyn.corley@patch.com to hold a spot. We're seeking Democrats and Republicans, undecided voters, small business owners, civic-minded citizens and those interested in the political process.

The event begins at 8:30 p.m. as students and members of the public gather . Barack Obama and Mitt Romney are scheduled to debate at 9 p.m., and afterward Patch editors will talk with groups of attendees regarding their impression of the debate.
