Hope Lutheran Church meets for worship and Holy Communion in services that often include stories, acting and puppets, as its website says, "to delight the child in all of us!" In addition to twice on Sundays, a music-free service is offered Wednesday nights, followed by Bible study. The church's fellowship activities for senior highs include fundraisers, day trips and regional youth conferences. Younger children engage in fun, recreational activities like skating as well as opportunities to learn about outreach and the church's role in the community. In addition to local meal, housing and blood drive programs, Hope Lutheran Church sends representatives overseas for mission work. The church also operates Hope Christian Preschool.
