Meeting of the Central Jersey Dystonia Support and Action Group. Our guest speaker will be movement disorder expert Jill Giordano Farmer, DO, MPH, from the Capital
Institute for Neurosciences. Lunch will be provided by Merz USA.
Our meetings are open to anyone who has dystonia, knows someone with dystonia or wants to learn about dystonia. No pre-registration is necessary. We meet from 11 AM to 1
PM in Conference Room B of The Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus at CentraState Medical Center, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold, NJ 07728.
The Ambulatory Campus is the white building at the far leftend of the Medical Center and there's a sign on the building for the CentraState Fitness and Wellness Center.
Conference Room B is at the rear of the ground floor.

CentraState Medical Center is an acute-care hospital located on the commercial corridor of Route 537. The hospital is located on the CentraState campus, which also includes a gym and outpatient medical services. CentraState Medical Center became a teaching hospital in 2005.
