Mission Dance is sponsoring "Freehold Cares Community Day" on Sunday, November 25. Volunteers will meet in the market yard behind Federici's in Freehold Borough at 9 a.m. and proceed to Union Beach Borough Hall. Volunteers will be dispatched upon arrival. Heavy work includes loading dumpsters; light work includes assisting at the food pantry.
Work clothes attire including gloves and sturdy boots suggested. It is also suggested that you pack a lunch.
Dumpster trailers, trucks, tools for interior and exterior clean-up are also welcome. PLEASE do not take pictures while you are volunteering - the residents are traumatized from the devastation in their community.
