The Italian American Association of Monmouth County will host their sixth annual Italian Festival July 11-14, from 6PM - 11 PM, at the Freehold Racetrack, Rt 9 & 33, Freehold, NJ. Admission and parking are free. It is a great, fun, family event featuring major rides, games, crafters, entertainment and, of course, great food! (Pay one price for rides bracelet night will be featured on Wednesday, July 11). Fireworks, Saturday, July 14, 9:30 PM. There will also be a procession honoring Our Lady of Mount Carmel beginning with a 6:30 PM mass at St. Rose of Lima Church, McClean Street, Freehold followed by the procession into the festival at the Freehold Racetrack, Rt. 9 & 33.
