Barnes & Noble hosting Education Foundation Fundraiser

A look at events happening in Freehold on Wednesday November 11, 2013

On their first day back to school after Tuesday schedule was cancelled by snow teachers from the Freehold Borough Schools are set to take part in a holiday fundraiser.

Starting on Wednesday and continuing Thursday the teachers will be at the Barnes & Noble on Route 9 helping to wrap presents from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Freehold Borough Education Foundation.

The snow may have passed for at least a few days but there is nothing but cold weather in our immediate future. The high for today is expected to be around 32 degrees on a sunny day before a chilling low of 17 tonight.
