Rescheduled Zumbathon Set for Wednesday

During the year the Freehold Township Dance Team makes a name for themselves by being among the most talented squads in the area and on Wednesday afternoon they are holding an event to help their outfits match their electrifying moves.

The team will be holding a Zumbathon starting at 3:15 giving the community a chance to get in shape while also helping them raise money for new uniforms. The cost is just $10 and is open to people of all ages.

After a day with temperatures in the single digits and wind chills below zero the high on Wednesday of near 23 degrees would normally feel like a tropical paradise if not for a wind chill of eight below on a mostly sunny day. The low near 18 degrees tonight marks a gradual increase in temperatures throughout the week.

By Thursday the winds are expected to lessen making a warmer high near 33 degrees. There is still a chance of snow in the forecast for Friday according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.
