Affordable Housing Alliance Opens New Office in Freehold

Freehold has become a new home for the Affordable Housing Alliance, a non-profit leader in affordable housing and community development.

The Affordable Housing Alliance is bringing two new offices to Monmouth County. Once office will be located on Gibson Place in Freehold, the other location is in Neptune of West Lake Avenue.

“We strive to create accessibility for individuals who need our help. Our new offices in Freehold and Neptune, in addition to our two offices in Eatontown, position us geographically to serve more Monmouth County residents, reducing barriers such as transportation or the time it might take to visit an office on the other side of the county,” said CEO Donna Blaze. “It’s our goal to make it as easy as possible for people to get the help they need.”

The agency’s website, www.housingall.org is also available for residents and offers bilingual home buyer education. Anyone needing help with housing issues should contact the Affordable Housing Alliance. Services include the construction and sale of affordable homes, assistance finding rental housing, assistance for homeowners and renters struggling to pay their utility bills, financial literacy education and new home buyer counseling, foreclosure mediation and more.
