Coming Up This Week: Boards, Committees and Commissions Galore

The Township of Freehold has a full dance card this coming week, with several public meetings of interest.

On Tuesday, the Township Committee is meeting to hold its workshop meeting, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at town hall, 1 Municipal Plaza. The agenda for the meeting is attached to this story.

Earlier Tuesday, the Alliance to Prevent Substance Abuse is scheduled to meet at town hall. That meeting is scheduled for Noon.

Also on Tuesday, the Freehold Township Board of Education is scheduled to meet beginning at 8 p.m. at the Central Board offices.

The Recreation Commission is scheduled to meet at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

And both the Board of Health and the Zoning Board of Adjustment are scheduled to meet on Thursday, at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., respectively.

In Freehold Borough, the Board of Education is beginning their regular meeting a little early to accommodate the annual awards ceremony. That will begin at 6 p.m. Monday at the Parker Avenue Complex.

The Planning Board is scheduled to meet beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday, followed by the Board of Health, slated for 8 p.m. Thursday. Both meetings will be held at town hall, 51 West Main St.
