Downtown Freehold Spooktacular Parade and Costume Contest

Costume judging noon to 12:45, parade begins at 1 p.m.

Costume parade begins at the Freehold Raceway parking lot off Manalapan Avenue. Prizes are awarded in a variety of categories including age and family costumes. The parade begins near the Raceway parking lot, heads to Main Street and ends at the Hall of Records parking lot where the trophies are awarded.
