Free Rabies Clinic for All NJ Cats and Dogs

This Saturday, all cats and dogs in the state of NJ can receive a free rabies shot.

The Freehold Area Health Department is inviting all New Jersey residents to get their cat or dog a rabies shot this weekend.

On Saturday, Jan. 14, Veterinarian, Dr. Gregory Jewel from Town and Country Veterinary Service, will be administrating the rabies shot to any dog or cat that comes. The shots will be given in the from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m.

Once your cat or dog has been vaccinated, owners will also be able to license their animal for 2012. In order to do so, you must bring a check and your renewal letter with you.

The Freehold Area Health Department asks that all cats be kept in their carriers and dogs remain on a leash at all times.
