Karen's Remnants Bring Rainy Forecast

Chance of rain throughout the week.

Tropical Storm Karen may have broken off before it did any major damage on our shores but the effects of the storm will be felt through what looks to be a wet week in our area.

Today looks to be the most likely day for us to see rain with a 90 percent chance of showers throughout the day. It will be a relatively warm day with a high of 81 before dropping down to a low of 53 tonight when there is still a 70 percent chance of rain.

The chance of showers and the temperature is expected to drop dramatically tomorrow with a 30 percent chance of precipitation and a high of just 67 degrees. The low tomorrow night looks to be closer to 52 degrees.

Wednesday is expected to be a mostly sunny day with a high of 67 and a low of 49 after the sun goes down. When Thursday rolls around the chance of showers returns with a high of 66 expected along with a 30 percent chance of rain.

Thursday night should bring a low of 53 with a 30 percent chance of showers before a high of 70 during the day on Friday. The week will end on Friday night with a low of around 53 expected and a 40 percent chance of showers.
