Back when I was in high school just a few blocks away in the early 70's Tony's was the place to go when we cut class for french fries and soda Hahhahahahaha. Its funny because as young teen-agers it never occurred to us that the truant officer would raid the place on a regular. Funny how the back door flew open when he did. How innocent we were then.

Tony's Freehold Grill 59 Main St. Freehold, nj The owner is happy that his diner is situated right in the downtown area where people can meet up, enjoy food and conversation and even watch the activity on Main Street. Iliadis said he’s glad the diner is still in his family. “And, we’re working to keep it that way,” he smiled.

From Window Rock Arizona Fan: Isn't this the place that Bruce Springsteen did an interview for the 30th Aniversary CD DVD "Born to Run"?
