Freehold knows how to do Halloween. Throughout October, the Freehold Halloween Spooktacular Committee puts on a variety of events for local families to participate in.
On Tuesday, Oct. 11, Freehold Regional High School District students will be painting storefront windows of downtown businesses as part of the Spooktacular window painting contest.
