Storm Closes Local Schools on Friday
No word yet on Freehold Township or Freehold Borough Schools.
With snow starting to fall across our area on Thursday night the local schools are starting to announce closures for Friday, making for a one day week for local students.
The Freehold Regional High School District was the first to announce that schools will be closed on Friday. The announcement was made on the district’s Facebook page.
The Freehold Township Schools also announced on their website that they will be closed on Friday. Superintendent Rocco Tomazic announced that the Freehold Borough Schools will also be closed on Friday.

The Monmouth County Vocational School District will be closed on Friday as well. All full-time, shared-time and adult evening programs are cancelled.
