Does anyone know about the adult community Renaissance west of Rt. 9? We have parents living there with an 93 year old grandmother. We have not heard from them since before the storm. We live in GA and are worried.

Got news about Brick around Barber Ave. and Mantoloking Rd. Heat is back on and did not have flooding. Phones are working there as well. However electricity is still off.

Those with Verizon Fios that have lost power but have a generator, can restore access to the internet by providing power to both the router and the coax interface device that connects to the outside Verizon box and to the backup battery. Verizon installers typically installed the coax interface device, and the backup battery, on the joists inside the house closest to the Verizon box. Both of these devices draw very little power, but are necessary if you want to restore access to the outside world and obtain updated information on the progress of the effort to restore electricity to our area. Use the usual precaution when connecting these devices- adequate working light - and be sure to make the final connection in a dry locatoin.

For the post concerning Seawood Harbor in Brick (Toronto Dr.) My parents live there and have returned home. No water in house, just garage and crawlspace and they live in a ranch. Boat still tied to the dock!! Major, major debris everywhere, per my Dad

Still wasnt any power as of about 6 pm tonite. my mom lives there and there isnt any power. no water damage. and she hasnt been out to know if there was any damage to the club houses or not.

My home is #22, "top of horseshoe" , rear facing the bay. I'm not there but heard there's no power. Heard that water level reached about 2 feet above ground by my place. I may return Sun. If U hear any more info, email fanaticat@verizon.net. Thanks. Al K.

My parents live in Hazlet, have not been able to understand the extent of damage there, other than no phone or power. They live close to a large produce stand(Dearborn Farms or something like that) I'm in California, so I have not been able to get any information on their area. My aunts live on the bay.Heard that there is water both behind and in front of it.must be in the home also.They are with relatives.One aunts home is right on the water with a small dock and small yard that are usually a foot above water.

What about Bay Harbor Estates? It's the next development just after Cherry Quay? I grew up in Bay Harbor. My dad built our home in 1954. I'm so worried about the beach and all. Very special place in my heart! Do you know anything about it? Jill

their website says they had minor flood damage but are open and will be function at 100% shortly.
