Concertgoers are able to get back to some sense of normalcy after Hurricane Sandy with the continuation of the Downtown Concert Series.

According to a press release, the Downtown Concert Series wants to bring the community together again with the joy of music with this Saturday’s concert by harpist Bridget Kibbey.

“Once again we are so pleased to present an artist that stretches the experience of our listeners and allows them to encounter the uniqueness and beauty of the harp in the hands of a true master. Bridget Kibbey truly brings ‘rarefied beauty’ to the stage, and it’s a privilege to host her in this series,” said Gail Reilly, chair of the Downtown Concert Series.

Kibbey will take the Downtown Concert Series stage on Saturday, Nov. 17 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Peter’s Church. Tickets for the concert are $25 and $10 for students 18 and younger. Seating is limited and tickets should be purchased in advance. Investors Bank, 21 West Main Street in Freehold, will host a reception after the concert.
