CentraState Baby Fair

From the press release:

CentraState Medical Center is holding a Baby Fair for parents to be and those considering a pregnancy on Thursday, April 28, 6 to 8 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main Street, Freehold.

A variety of mother/baby service and product vendors will provide information and free gifts. Participants can meet CentraState’s board-certified obstetricians, pediatricians, family practice physicians and related hospital staff; watch a Baby Gap® fashion show; attend lectures, and win raffles and door prizes. There also will be tours of CentraState’s First Impressions Maternity Center during which guests can learn about the experienced and caring nurses who staff the labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum units and the Colette Cipriano Special Care Nursery. The event offers two free seminars:  So You Want to Have a Baby?: Preparing for Pregnancy with Safrir Neuwirth, MD at 6 p.m. and So You Want to Have a Baby?:  What to Expect During Pregnancy with Steven Goldstein, MD at 7 p.m.

CentraState also offers a wide range of prenatal and parenting classes through its Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center. Expectant and new mothers can find classes to help plan for a healthy pregnancy, prepare for childbirth, or learn how to comfort a newborn through infant massage, among others.
