Easter Brunch at Encore Event Center

There will betwo different seating times for brunch, one at 11:00 a.m. and the other at 2:00 p.m.

There will be a lavish buffet arrangement of delectable gourmet dishes including tapas, smoked fish, eggs benedict, omelet station, chef carved leg of lamb, chef carved chili rubbed flank steak, pasta station, chicken Florentine, chocolate fountain, strawberry shortcake station and much more.
