Why you should go: Cheer on the Jersey Shore Roller Girls as they battle it out with the Suburban Brawl from Yonkers. The last time these two teams met, Suburbia took a 158-23 win. Now, the Jersey Shore Roller Girls are out for payback.

What does it cost: Advance tickets are $15 when purchased from a roller girl or $17 online; tickets at the door are $20, $15 with military ID and $5 for children.

Why you should go: The Vans Warped Tour is the largest one-day punk and ska music festival in the county. Races will also be taking place at the track that day.

Why you should go: The Center Players present the canine comedy Sylvia about an odd love triangle involving a man, his wife and his new dog. Opening night features “A Paws for Rescue” fundraiser to benefit the Monmouth County SPCA and Rose’s Fund for Animals.
What does it cost: Opening night tickets for the fundraiser are $40; regular tickets are $24 for adults and $22 for seniors and students.
