While some people are setting New Years resolutions to quit smoking, loose weight or maintain an exercise program, people who are grieving the loss of a loved one, search for ways to find balance and security in a world that has shifted significantly for them.  The simplest of tasks can now seem overwhelming.  This month’s meeting of “The Mourning After” will focus on managing the powerful feelings of grief and setting realistic goals as we enter the New Year.
