"The Mourning After" Grief Counseling Group Meets this Friday - December 7th
This month's session will be devoted to finding the best strategies to handle the strong emotions of grief through the holiday season.
“The Mourning After”, a no fee professionally led grief counseling group, will meet this Friday, December 7th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at Center Playhouse, 35 South Street, Freehold NJ. Group facilitators Bob Szita MS, LPC, TEP and Bernice Garfield-Szita MS, LPC, TEP are Co-Founders and Co-Directors of GIERS: Grief Information, Education & Recovery Services a 501c3 non profit organization whose mission it is to help people survive and thrive after a loss. The holidays are very hard for those grieving and this month’s session will be devoted to finding the best strategies to handle the strong emotions of grief through the season.
