Solo Trattoria is by far the best Italian Restuarant. It is the only restaurant we go to!! My family comes in from Brooklyn to dine at Solo. The food, no matter what you order, is amazing, and believe me I tried everything on the menu!!! Authentic Italian food. No restuarant compares.

My family loves Solo Trattoria. They serve the best authentic Italian food. We celebrate all our family occasions there. From appetizers like potato pizza and saltimboca (my sons favorite) to great desserts; including artisan cupcakes and the best bread pudding, and everything in between, their food is truly the best. You will never be disappointed.

I love Federici's - all the three of them! That's why everyone tries to copy their pizza. Best salad dressing! Veal Federici is yummy cha cha! I will say though, L'Aqua is new and I've heard no complaints. They're delish also!

In all fairness I got to give props to our friends at Dusal's. They too are consistent and reasonably priced. Not a huge fan of the wait staff though. Another gem not mentioned on the choices is Bella Vita in the Shop Rite shopping center by the old Block Buster. They're not afraid to use garlic and they too are scumptious & reasonably priced.

Anima e Core should not be on this list - only because no one has had a chance to try their food - they've only been open a few days

Understandable, Team Sheen. We just didn't want to leave anybody out. When you try Anima e Core, be sure to let us know what you thought of it http://freehold.patch.com/listings/anima-e-core
