What do you think would be a great addition to Downtown Freehold?

Ever since RU Music re-located from Downtown Freehold to the , 23 Main St. has been empty for quite some time now.

Located next to the new Investors Savings Bank, the 3,500 square-foot office/retail space is available for lease. According to loopnet.com, rent is $3,000 per month and the property a B2 zoning, which means it can be used for retail goods, a drug store, variety stores, a liquor store or a tavern.
