Fairfield, NJ (February 5, 2014) --- FITECH has announced that Kenneth Kronenfeld has joined the firm as vice president. In addition, the firm has promoted Anthony Vendittoli to senior vice president.
Kronenfeld brings more than 20 years of lease administration experience to FITECH, where he will be responsible for lease administration system evaluation, system implementation, lease process documentation and workflow design services for the firm’s real estate technology practice. He joins FITECH from Kimco Realty where he has served as manager of lease analysis. He previously served as a senior managing director of lease administration for Newmark Knight Frank. He earned a B.A. in accounting from Baruch College and a certification in financial planning from New York University. He resides in Plainfield, NJ.
Vendittoli, who joined FITECH in 2012, was previously a vice president at the firm. He is responsible for oversight of the firm’s real estate technology practice, and in particular for its project management and enterprise resource planning (ERP) services. Vendittoli was formerly controller at Vantage Properties and vice president of Newmark Knight Frank’s Global Corporate Services He earned a B.S. in accounting & business administration from Felician College. He resides in Freehold, N.J.
