Firefighters Father's Day Baseball Game

Rain and thunderstorms are possible Friday, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). The high for the day will be near 81 degrees and the overnight low will be 63.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with a high near 86 and an overnight low of 68, according to the NWS forecast.

Sunday will be partly sunny with a high near 77 and an overnight low of 65. There is a 20 percent chance of rain.

Firefighters from Freehold Township Independent Fire Company #1 will play a baseball game against members of Freehold Borough Fire Department on Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Freehold Borough Little League Complex.

Eighth graders graduate on Friday at 5 p.m. at the Park Avenue Complex. All students will have early dismissal that day as well as on June 20, the last day of school.

Enjoy rides, games, food and more while raising money for Freehold Pop Warner. The organization is holding its Family Festival in the St. Rose of Lima parking lot on Friday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The Freehold Public Library will hold a Summer Reading Kick-Off party on Friday at 2 p.m. for children in the Freehold Borough School District.
