High School Sports

The girls basketball team will play against Manalapan High School today. The girls will travel to Manalapan and take the court at 4 p.m.

The bowling teams and wrestling team are in action today. The boys and girls bowling teams will match up against Manalapan High School at the Howell Lanes Bowling Alley at 3:30 p.m. The wrestling team will compete against Wall Township High School at home tonight. The match will begin at 6 p.m.

Classes/Lectures

will be having a Chronic Disease Self-Management Course today at 1:30 p.m. During this course, people will get help managing chronic conditions, feel better, gain control, and do the things they want to do. The free, six-session workshop is on consecutive Wednesdays, beginning Jan. 18, 1:30-4 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center, 901 W.
