Weather

According to the National Weather Service, today there will be showers and possibly an early afternoon thunderstorm with a high near 61. Overnight, it will be partly cloudy, with a low around 32.

High School Sports

The boys and girls indoor track teams will compete in the Shore Conference Championships today. Both teams will travel to Toms River Bennett Indoor Complex and begin at 4 p.m.

The track, bowling and wrestling team are all in action today. The track team will also compete in the Shore Conference Championships today at the Toms River Bennett Indoor complex at 4 p.m. The boys and girls bowling team will match up against Howell High School today at Howell Lanes while the wrestling team will stay home today as it takes on the Long Branch High School at 6 p.m.

Support Groups

will have a gambler anonymous meeting tonight at 8 p.m.

Arts

The Arc of Monmouth and The Freehold Borough Arts Council present the gallery event “The Art of Community” at the Red Horse Gallery. An opening reception will begin tonight from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The gallery will feature salvaged mural panels, mural prints, and the art work of the Freehold Borough High School Art Students that were the inspiration and partners of the mural project.
