Last Chance: Free Rabies Clinic for All NJ Cats and Dogs

The clinic is sponsored by the Freehold Board of Health on Saturday, April 14 from 10-11 a.m. at 49 West Main St. behind the firehouse.

Is your pup or kitty due for their shots? With vet bills leaving your wallet empty, the wants to help.

There will be a free, yes FREE, rabies clinic Saturday, April 14 from 10-11 a.m. at behind the firehouse.

“The Freehold Borough Board of Health offers free rabies shots twice a year, Spring & Fall,” explained Samantha Daesener, secretary for the Board of Health.

And this great offer is not just for Freehold residents, but is open to anyone who has a pet who is due for their shot. “Where you live does not matter.  Everyone is welcome!” said Daesener.

If you are planning on attending, bring dogs on leashes and cats in carriers. In order to be eligible for vaccination, the animal needs to be over 4-months-old.
