Freehold Elks to Host a Kruise Nite

Freehold Elks Kruise Nite

While , you can still get your fill of classic cars in town. Freehold Elks Lodge #1454 will host a Kruise Nite event Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Head down to the lodge parking lot for burgers, hot dogs, and a fun time with family and friends.

Baby Shower to Benefit Birthright

Lt. Gov Kim Guadagno, state Sen. Jennifer Beck, and other Monmouth County legislators will be holding a baby shower for Assemblywoman Caroline Casagrande, with all items to be donated to Birthright of Monmouth County.

The event will take place Monday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Courtyard on Main.

Guests are asked to bring donations including the following: diapers of all sizes, layette items, clothing up to 18 months, formula, fitted crib sheets, wash cloths, towels and gift cards.

Meetings

The Freehold Borough Historic Preservation Committee will meet at Borough Hall Monday at 7 p.m.

The Freehold Borough Board of Education meets at Park Avenue Elementary at 7 p.m.

High School Sports

Colonials boys track competes in the Monmouth County Freshman/Sophomore Championships at Matawan High School on Monday at 3:30 p.m. Baseball takes on Hamilton West away in the first round of the state tournament at 4 p.m. Boys golf plays Long Branch away at that time.

Patriots boys track competes against Willingboro away at 3 p.m. Boys golf takes on Middletown South on the road at 3:30 p.m. Baseball faces St. John Vianney away at 4 p.m.
