Freehold Honors Fallen Heros with Memorial Day Service
The service will be on Monday, May 28 at 8:30 a.m. before the start of the annual parade.
Memorial Weekend is full of barbeques and beach days, but it is important to remember what the holiday is actually all about: those who have gave their lives for our country.
This is why Freehold Boro and Township join together each year with veteran organizations in the area to honor all those who have served our country.
The Veterans of Freehold will host a Memorial Day Service on Monday, May 28 at 8:30 a.m. before the start of the .

Veteran units involved in the service include Disable American Veterans Chapter 74, Marine Corps League Coportal Reynolds Detachment 203, Jewish War Veterans post 359, American LEgion Post 54, and Veterans of Foriegn Wars Post 4374.
Veteran units will meet at and begin toward , where the service will be held, at 8:15 a.m.

Awarding of past due medals to Stockton Jones, Jr.
Invocation
U.S. Flag Raising
Introduction of Dignitaries and Word of Welcome.
Introduction of Freehold Township Committee members; brief remarks.

Disabled American Veterans
Chapter 74
