Get Out: Hanukkah and Christmas Activities
Find out where the fun is at in Monmouth County this weekend.
When and where: Sunday, Dec. 25 at 2:30 p.m. at 70 Amboy Road in Morganville
Why you should go: Participants will be greeted and guided through the many Hanukkah activities, including make-your-own latkes, dreidels, doughnuts and menorahs. Children and adults will also experience Hanukkah through many games and creative crafts. Come and see a hands-on olive oil press demonstration and much more.
The Wonderland will also feature a Hanukkah moon bounce and our new dreidel dance machine.

What does it cost: $10 at the door, $8 in advance

Why you should go: The Jewish Heritage Museum of Monmouth County will present an intimate afternoon of folk songs sung in Hebrew, French and English with Lisa Frost Goodall.

Why you should go: The Monmouth Worship Center will present a heartfelt Christmas drama about the freedom that comes when you learn to forgive.
The nursery will be available for children ages 5 and under with a reservation.

When and where: Saturday, Dec. 24 at 7:30 p.m. at Chabad Lubavitch, 26 Wickatunk Road in Manalapan
Why you should go: Enjoy an adult evening out with your neighbors and friends. The event will include entertainment by the Magic of Marco and salad, soup and latkes.
What does it cost: $27 per person, $54 per couple
When and where: Friday, Dec. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at in Marlboro
Why you should go: Rock Shabbat combines traditional Friday night Shabbat service songs with rock and roll arrangements with a band. The first three services were each attended by over 500 people.
