Get Out: Rose Show, Rock Fest, Back to the Future

Why you should go: The Jersey Shore Rose Society’s 40th Annual Rose Show will feature several varieties of roses from area gardeners. Roses will be judged and prizes awarded.

Why you should go: Listen to area rock bands perform covers and original songs during the third annual Colts Neck Rock Fest. The outdoor event will also feature craft and jewelry vendors.

Why you should go: Watch professional and amateur skimboarders take on waves at the Jersey Shore this weekend. The event attracts athletes from around the country and also features music, food and giveaways.

Why you should go: Grab a blanket and join your friends and neighbors for an outdoor showing of Back to the Future. The movie will be screened at the Dreyer Expansion behind the recreation office. The concession stand will be open.
